Shipping/Communication Sucked!!

The shirt and cause are great and warrant 5 stars, however I received an email stating the order shipped April 9th, monitored it, send 2 emails asking for shipping status because it wasn't shipped - just the label was created. I got ZERO response to either email. The order actually shipped on April 14th and arrived too late for the gift I wanted it to be. The shipping and communication would have received 1 star, since I could not give zero stars... so that's the reason for the 3 star review. If you are going to sell items honoring fallen heroes - then don't fail the customers who also want to honor them!
